      Reporting to: Senior Category Controller

      An opportunity has arisen for a focused, proactive candidate to join our Operations team in High Wycombe.

      The Stock Administrator is responsible for ensuring that stock levels in our Impulse and disposable range within the UK meet customer demand.

      Main Responsibilities:

      • Managing and controlling 20 – 25 suppliers within our Impulse and Disposable ranges
      • Building and maintaining good relationships with existing and new suppliers
      • Maintaining stock ordering systems – Good overall knowledge of excel preferred
      • Responsible for annual spend of up to 3 million pounds
      • Participating in annual stock takes
      • Ensuring all customer demands are met
      • Coordinating to achieve strong a strong supply chain within the UK business

      You will demonstrate:

      • Good IT skills focused on excel and familiarity with stock management systems (Sage focused)
      • Management of internal and external customer and supplier relationships
      • Familiarity with stock control, supply chain and tracking processes
      • Good communication and interpersonal skills
      • A can do attitude, problem solving skills and resourceful thought process

    • Field Service Engineer
      UK Wide

      Team: Engineering
      Reporting to: Regional Service Manager
      Closing Date: On going

      We are actively looking for Field Service Engineers across the UK and particularly in the London and Carlisle regions.

      The Field Service Engineer is responsible for safe installation of new equipment in our customer premises along with general maintenance tasks on pre-installed equipment and routine or scheduled preventative maintenance.

      You will demonstrate a customer focused approach with a problem solving attitude.

      You will have previous experience in coffee machine engineering and associated equipment, however training on specific machine types will be provided where required.

      This position forms a vital part in Bewley’s vision of delivering excellent customer care.

      The role requires an Engineering background, specifically with Coffee experience and is field based.

      The focus of the role will be to deliver improved communication with the sales team, a reduction in aborted installations and improved customer service.

      An opportunity has arisen within the Customer Services Team as a Customer Services Assistant.

      Working as part of a busy team, the Customer Services Assistant is responsible for the interactions with customers who contact the company and the entry of received orders. By assessing the customer’s level of interest, identifying any up selling or product cross selling opportunities, you will demonstrate a customer focused approach with a problem solving attitude.
