As a full café solutions business, we have a team of over 250 experts on hand to help support you and your business. Barista trainers, engineers and customer service advisors will support you with expertise, coffee quality, machine maintenance and product delivery.

Our national account team covers all geographical regions in the UK and our marketing team can provide solutions for bespoke briefs. Our expert team of coffee roasters are based at our roastery in Yorkshire and our training rooms in High Wycombe, Meltham, Brigg and central London enable us to offer a range of off site barista training courses.


We have direct relationships with coffee growers and all of our coffees are sustainably sourced. Our work at origin includes supporting community projects and helping growers to improve coffee quality. Our coffees are roasted in Yorkshire and in Dublin by our Master Roasters who have years of experience in developing the finest roast profiles.


Our training team will help you deliver great quality coffee with speed and consistency time after time. Our training team are based by region and all share a love of producing great coffee which they will share with your team. We offer a variety of training courses either delivered to your team on site or at one of our four training facilities in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, London or High Wycombe.

From basic barista training, to training for UKBC championships to full immersion courses in Italy, our team can develop a tailored programme that suits your requirements.

Coffee & Brands

Our Grumpy Mule and BE coffees are roasted in Yorkshire where our master roasters source, blend and cup some of the finest coffees in the world. We rival the high street with our Grumpy Mule, BE and Eros branded concepts.

From full brand support to tailored solutions, we ensure you are maximising hot drinks sales through engaging point of sale, promotional and branding support.

Category and Ranging Support

Our account management team can offer advice on ranging, branding, and equipment and drinks menus. Our team will work in partnership with you to understand your business and what your key priorities and objectives are.

They will use their expertise and share insight to help you grow your business for the long term.

Engineering Support

Our team of engineers conduct preventative maintenance visits and we offer fast call out and response times. We have three service desks and always have a qualified engineer available on the telephone. We offer boiler inspections, water filter changes and replacement machines.

Our service desks in High Wycombe and Meltham (Yorkshire) are open Monday–Friday 7:30am – 5pm, Saturday 8:30am – 5pm and Sunday 10am-3pm. Or feel free to send us an email on
